Time and time again I get asked very similar questions by my clients. Here are some of the most commonly asked questions, and their corresponding answers, regarding fitness training and my work specifically. HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER AT A GYM?

Commercial gym's/trainers see their clients as numbers and not as real people with real goals. We do more than just count reps and sets. Our personal space allows us to develop a stronger relationship which in turn means we can use what we know about the client to make necessary changes to their daily life to help them be successful in and outside of the gym!

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

No. We believe that a well-balanced diet is the key to success. Our team of dedicated professionals will offer you nutritional 'suggestions' that will help you reach your fitness goals faster!

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE PER SESSION?

My price per session varies based off the type of training you are receiving and how many times per week you are willing to commit to an exercise program.

WHAT MAKES YOUR GYM BETTER THAN OTHERS?

Our gym has NO machines. Our customized programs are tailored to body weight movements, compound movements and free weighted exercises. This helps our clients burn more calories and build muscle faster than sitting on a machine (since most people sit for work all day anyway). This also ensures that our clients are constantly engaging their core and getting their sweat on!
