A Healthier You
If you are you someone who can hold themselves accountable to training consistently on their own, but just lack a sense of direction or that extra bit of guidance, then I would say online coaching is for you. It starts with an initial meet and greet where you and I will sit down and have a face to face conversation (or via Skype depending distance) about your fitness goals. From there we will take down measurements to track progress. Lastly, we will do a comprehensive movement assessment too make sure the program I make for you is specific to how you move. From there, check-ins will be either daily or weekly depending on the clients needs and there will be progress check ins face to face once a month.
